Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sliced pineapples (or your choice of fruit)
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
  3. Arrange the fruit slices at the bottom of a greased cake pan and pour the butter mixture over them.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
