Ingredients
- 1 zucchini, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
- Prepare the vegetables: slice zucchini, chop bell pepper, slice carrot, and grab broccoli florets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all veggies and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Toss the vegetables until evenly coated with oil and seasonings.
- Place the seasoned veggies in the air fryer basket, ensuring even spread.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, transfer to a plate and enjoy immediately.
