Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
  2. Prepare the vegetables: slice zucchini, chop bell pepper, slice carrot, and grab broccoli florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine all veggies and drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Toss the vegetables until evenly coated with oil and seasonings.
  5. Place the seasoned veggies in the air fryer basket, ensuring even spread.
