Description

A deliciously spooky treat perfect for Halloween or themed events, combining rich flavors and eye-catching red swirls.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Red food coloring
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and add in the vanilla extract. Incorporate a few drops of red food coloring until the desired shade is achieved.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a lined 8-inch square pan and let it set in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  4. Spread the remaining fudge mixture over the first layer once set.
  5. Add a few drops of red food coloring on top and swirl using a toothpick.
  6. Return to the fridge until fully set for about another 30 minutes.
  7. Once rigid, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy your spooky treat!

Notes

For best results, use high-quality white chocolate and allow adequate chilling time between layers. Store in an airtight container.
