A deliciously spooky treat perfect for Halloween or themed events, combining rich flavors and eye-catching red swirls.
Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- Red food coloring
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add in the vanilla extract. Incorporate a few drops of red food coloring until the desired shade is achieved.
- Pour half of the mixture into a lined 8-inch square pan and let it set in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Spread the remaining fudge mixture over the first layer once set.
- Add a few drops of red food coloring on top and swirl using a toothpick.
- Return to the fridge until fully set for about another 30 minutes.
- Once rigid, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy your spooky treat!
Notes
For best results, use high-quality white chocolate and allow adequate chilling time between layers. Store in an airtight container.
