Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground turkey
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix the ingredients until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the meatballs on the baking sheet with space between them.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve with marinara sauce, pasta, or in a meatball sub.
Notes
For extra moisture, consider adding a tablespoon of milk or an extra egg white to the mixture. You can prep and refrigerate the meatballs before baking, or freeze them for later use.
