Description

A delicious and easy recipe for stuffed chicken breast filled with cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. Perfect for impressing dinner guests.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff it with the cheese and spinach mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each stuffed chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
