Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Sprinkle in paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.
- Pour in the beef broth, bring to a simmer, and add the rotini pasta. Cover and cook on medium-low for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is tender, stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
