- 1 lb beef steak, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook sliced beef until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Add onions and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened and aromatic, then add mushrooms and sauté until browned.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stir, then add beef broth, constantly stirring until sauce thickens.
- Lower heat, stir in sour cream, return beef to skillet, and mix well.
