Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Black olives (for decoration)
- Paprika (for garnish)
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to make the mixture spooky.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Decorate with black olives to create ‘spooky’ eyes and sprinkle paprika for a festive touch.
- Serve chilled at your Halloween gathering!
