Description

A fun and festive Halloween twist on classic deviled eggs, complete with spooky decorations.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Black olives (for decoration)
  • Paprika (for garnish)
  • Food coloring (optional)


Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to make the mixture spooky.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Decorate with black olives to create ‘spooky’ eyes and sprinkle paprika for a festive touch.
  7. Serve chilled at your Halloween gathering!

Notes
