Ingredients
- 1 package tortellini (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 pound ground meat (beef, turkey, or sausage)
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 can diced tomatoes (with juices)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup cream or cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and cook the tortellini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground meat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, followed by the spinach and cream or cream cheese. Cook until the spinach wilts.
- Gently mix in the drained tortellini and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

For a creamier sauce, add more cream or cream cheese. Use fresh ingredients for better flavors.
