Description

Golden, crispy bread filled with cheesy, garlicky spaghetti goodness, perfect for a cozy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of crusty bread
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach) – optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti and marinara sauce to the skillet, stir to combine, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Hollow out the loaf of bread to create bowls.
  6. Fill each bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture and top with mozzarella cheese and any additional veggies.
  7. Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and cheese is melted.
