Ingredients
- 1 loaf of crusty bread
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach) – optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and marinara sauce to the skillet, stir to combine, and season with salt and pepper.
- Hollow out the loaf of bread to create bowls.
- Fill each bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture and top with mozzarella cheese and any additional veggies.
- Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
