Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Optional: Pickles, diced onions, burger sauce for serving
Instructions
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Press a small handful of ground beef onto one half of each tortilla.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the beef side down for 2 to 3 minutes until browned, then flip.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the beef.
- Fold the tortilla in half and press to seal.
- Grill both sides until crispy and melty.
- Slice into wedges and serve with burger toppings or dipping sauce.
