Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, burger sauce
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Take a small handful of seasoned ground beef and press onto one half of each tortilla.
- Cook the beef side down for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Flip the tortilla and sprinkle cheese over the beef, then fold in half.
- Grill both sides until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Slice into wedges and serve with toppings.
