  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering all items needed.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Build your taco by placing a tortilla in the skillet, adding beef and cheese.
  5. Press down with another tortilla to create a smash.
