Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 lemons (for juice and zest)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup rice


Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients.
