Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 lemons (for juice and zest)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients.
- Create the Lemon Herb Mixture: In a bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh thyme, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.
