Description

A delicious and easy one-pot meal featuring tender chicken and roasted potatoes with garlic and Parmesan sauce, all made in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Lay the chicken on top of the potatoes.
  6. Spread the minced garlic evenly over the chicken.
  7. Pour enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken to coat it thoroughly.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  9. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  10. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan or herbs if desired.

Notes

Avoid not seasoning the potatoes enough and skipping the garlic for the best flavor.
