Description
A delicious and easy one-pot meal featuring tender chicken and roasted potatoes with garlic and Parmesan sauce, all made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Wash and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of a slow cooker.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Lay the chicken on top of the potatoes.
- Spread the minced garlic evenly over the chicken.
- Pour enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the chicken to coat it thoroughly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan or herbs if desired.
Notes
Avoid not seasoning the potatoes enough and skipping the garlic for the best flavor.
