Description

A simple and delicious slow cooker recipe for tender beef bites and baby potatoes drenched in garlic butter.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin, cubed
  • lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season & Combine: Toss the beef chunks with salt, pepper, onion powder, and thyme. Place them in the slow cooker along with the halved potatoes.
  2. Mix the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a bowl, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the beef and potatoes.
  3. Slow Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the beef is fork-tender and the potatoes are soft.
  4. Garnish & Serve: Stir gently before serving, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to season well and don’t overcrowd the slow cooker for best results.
