  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into strips

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or mashed potatoes for serving


Instructions
