Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions
- Combine beef, sliced mushrooms, chopped onions, and minced garlic in a slow cooker.
- Pour in the beef broth, add Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard, then season with salt and pepper. Stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
- Once cooked, check tenderness and stir in sour cream just before serving.
- Serve over prepared egg noodles or rice.
