Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or rice for serving


Instructions

  1. Combine beef, sliced mushrooms, chopped onions, and minced garlic in a slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the beef broth, add Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard, then season with salt and pepper. Stir gently.
