Description

A delicious and hearty slow cooker beef stroganoff that delivers comforting flavors with minimal effort, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles for serving


Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, dump in the beef stew meat, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender.
  3. Stir in the sour cream just before serving.
  4. Serve hot over cooked egg noodles.

Notes
