Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef (chuck roast or flank steak)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • Soft-boiled eggs (optional)
  • Fresh greens (bok choy or spinach)
  • Crunchy vegetables (carrots or bell peppers)

Instructions
