An easy and delicious slow cooker beef ramen noodles recipe that transforms humble ingredients into a flavor-packed bowl.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef (chuck roast or flank steak)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles
- Soft-boiled eggs (optional)
- Fresh greens (bok choy or spinach)
- Crunchy vegetables (carrots or bell peppers)
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Toss beef and broth in your slow cooker. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove the beef and shred it using two forks.
- Return shredded beef to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices.
- Prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions.
