Ingredients
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1 red bell pepper for decoration
- 2 tablespoons kalamata olives
- 4 ounces pepperoni stick
Instructions
- Using a sharp knife, carefully cut small indents in the mozzarella balls and set aside.
- Finely chop the kalamata olives and place them into the indents to represent the eyeballs.
- Cut the pepperoni stick into small pieces, about 3/4 inch long, and slice some into thin strips (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick).
- Slice the red bell pepper into small wedge-shaped pieces for decoration.
- Assemble the skewer by threading on a piece of red bell pepper, then a chunk of pepperoni, followed by a mozzarella ball with the olive eye, a thicker slice of pepperoni, and several thin slices of pepperoni for the base. Add another mozzarella ball to keep the skewer stable.
- Refrigerate the assembled skewers before serving them on a Halloween-themed platter.
