Description

A delightful appetizer combining ripe peaches and creamy whipped ricotta on toasted baguette slices, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 ripe peaches, chopped
  • 1 cup whipped ricotta
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet. Lightly brush each piece with olive oil.
  3. Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Chop the ripe peaches and set aside.
