Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
