- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Slice chicken breasts into bite-sized morsels if thick.
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Season chicken pieces with the seasoning mix.
- Drizzle olive oil in the hot skillet to coat the bottom.
- Add the seasoned chicken morsels and sear undisturbed for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 4-5 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the skillet for better searing. Let the chicken rest before serving to retain juices.
