Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Red Cooking Wine (or beef broth)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 8 oz Sliced White Mushrooms (optional)
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 2 cups Rotini or Egg Noodles
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Boil water and cook your rotini or egg noodles according to the package instructions.
- Prep the Veggies: Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
- Sauté Onions and Mushrooms: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, add onion and optional mushrooms, and sauté until soft.
- Brown the Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Add the Garlic: Mix in minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Stir in Soup and Wine: Pour in cream of mushroom soup and red cooking wine, stirring until combined.
- Add Sour Cream: Mix in the sour cream to create a creamy texture.
- Season to Taste: Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and parsley. Adjust flavors as needed.
- Combine with Noodles: Fold the cooked noodles into the creamy beef mixture.
