Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Brush the glaze evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve warm with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
