Description

A quick and easy one-pan meal featuring ground beef, creamy sauce, and egg noodles, perfect for a fast weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until soft and fragrant.
  2. Toss in ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release moisture.
  4. Stir in beef broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add egg noodles, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook until noodles are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and fold in sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
