Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 10 large marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate coating
- 10 lollipop sticks
- Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree with marshmallows until combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and insert lollipop sticks.
- Freeze the lollipops for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate coating in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each lollipop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Place on parchment paper to set.
- Optionally, add sprinkles on top before the chocolate hardens.
- Once set, individually wrap the lollipops for serving.
Notes
Store lollipops in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. In warm areas, refrigerate to prevent melting.
