Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • Sprinkles (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice. Mix until smooth.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs and mix until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs or sprinkles if desired.
  7. Refrigerate again until the chocolate sets.
