A quick and delicious potsticker stir fry featuring colorful vegetables and flavorful potstickers, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) bag frozen potstickers
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add potstickers in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Add 1/4 cup water to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam potstickers for 4-5 minutes until heated through and the water has evaporated.
- Remove potstickers from the pan and set them aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic, red bell pepper, snap peas, and cabbage. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Return potstickers to the pan. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for 1-2 more minutes until well combined and heated through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chili sauce or ginger. Use any vegetables on hand such as carrots or broccoli.
