Description

A quick and delicious potsticker stir fry featuring colorful vegetables and flavorful potstickers, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen potstickers
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add potstickers in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
  3. Add 1/4 cup water to the pan, cover with a lid, and steam potstickers for 4-5 minutes until heated through and the water has evaporated.
  4. Remove potstickers from the pan and set them aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic, red bell pepper, snap peas, and cabbage. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return potstickers to the pan. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together and cook for 1-2 more minutes until well combined and heated through.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chili sauce or ginger. Use any vegetables on hand such as carrots or broccoli.
