Description

A quick and tasty dish that combines delicious potstickers with vibrant vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 16 frozen potstickers
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions until golden and heated through. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. Stir fry the broccoli, bell pepper, snow peas, and carrots for about 3-4 minutes until they are just tender.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the vegetables and cook for another minute while stirring frequently.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.
  6. Return the potstickers to the skillet. Gently toss everything together and cook for 2 more minutes to heat through.
  7. Garnish your dish with sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy it hot!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add sriracha or crushed red pepper flakes. This dish pairs well with rice.
