Description

A delicious salmon dish with a vibrant pomegranate and orange glaze that enhances the natural flavors of the fish, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pomegranate seeds and orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the pomegranate juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and olive oil in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Marinate the salmon in the glaze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Spoon additional glaze over the salmon in the last few minutes of baking.
  8. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and orange slices before serving.

Notes

Make sure to let the salmon marinate long enough to absorb the flavors. Opt for wild-caught salmon for richer flavor.
