Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless beef sirloin steak
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese
- Egg noodles or rice, for serving
Instructions
- Cut the boneless beef sirloin steak into uniform strips.
- Place the beef strips into the slow cooker.
- Add the golden mushroom soup, sliced fresh mushrooms, chopped onions, and cream cheese to the slow cooker.
- Gently stir all ingredients to combine well.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6 hours.
- Once done, serve over egg noodles or rice.
Notes
