Description
A delicious snack featuring gooey mozzarella cheese wrapped in buttery biscuits, perfect for parties or game days.
Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
- 8 cubes (about 0.75 in each) mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the Pillsbury biscuits and lightly flatten each one.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Pinch the edges to seal and form into balls.
- Arrange the sealed biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Brush the butter mixture generously over each biscuit ball.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
Make sure to seal the biscuit well to keep the cheese from leaking out while baking. You can customize these cheese bombs with additional flavors.
