Description

A simple and creamy chicken casserole that’s perfect for busy weeknights, requiring only a handful of ingredients and minimal effort.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips or breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Top with crushed potato chips or breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
