Description

A simple and delicious recipe for crispy Parmesan crusted chicken that’s easy to make and perfect for dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg until frothy.
  3. In another bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mix.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
