Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken broth and diced potatoes, bringing it to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
