Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta (spaghetti, penne, or preferred shape)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add pasta and milk; bring to a simmer.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and sauce thickens.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
