Ingredients
- 8 ounces pasta (any type)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat until hot.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add pasta and pour in the milk.
- Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and the sauce thickens (about 10-12 minutes).
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
