Description

A creamy, cheesy, and hearty dish that brings the classic flavors of cheeseburgers together with macaroni, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Macaroni Pasta
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion to the pot, sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Stir in macaroni, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes until macaroni is al dente and liquid is absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Serve warm, garnished as desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
