A creamy, cheesy, and hearty dish that brings the classic flavors of cheeseburgers together with macaroni, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 cups Macaroni Pasta
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 3 cups Beef Broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion to the pot, sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Stir in macaroni, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes until macaroni is al dente and liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm, garnished as desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
