Ingredients
- 1 lb sliced beef sirloin
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned on all sides.
- Remove beef and set aside. Sauté chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced mushrooms until tender.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream.
- Return the browned beef to the skillet and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
