Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tbsp real butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Chop the garlic and any desired veggies.
- Sear the chicken: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and sear the chicken for 5 minutes on each side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add the garlic: Sauté the minced garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth: Bring to a boil and let the chicken simmer.
- Stir in the noodles: Add the egg noodles and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente.
- Finish it off: Remove from heat, stir in the remaining butter and chopped parsley, then serve.
