Description

Ingredients

  • 150g yogurt (lemon or plain)
  • 3 eggs
  • 260g sugar
  • 300g flour
  • 16g baking powder
  • 130g sunflower oil
  • 100g chocolate drops


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 150°C for 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, eggs, and sugar, whisk until frothy.
  3. Sift in flour and baking powder, mix gently.
  4. Incorporate sunflower oil, folding lightly to combine.
  5. Add chocolate drops and mix gently.
  6. Distribute the batter into muffin cups, filling two-thirds full.
  7. Arrange muffin cups in the air fryer basket ensuring space for air circulation.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
