Ingredients
- 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add corn and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix feta cheese, heavy cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper into a creamy sauce.
