Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add corn and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
