Ingredients
- 1 pound minced beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 4 large flour tortillas
- Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Drain excess fat.
- Combine beef with rice, black beans, corn, and salsa; stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble burritos by placing beef mixture on each tortilla, adding any optional toppings.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
