Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness, about ¾ inch thick.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
- Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a healthier variation, substitute mayonnaise for Greek yogurt. Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli to the dish.
