Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Pound the chicken breasts to even thickness, about ¾ inch thick.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  6. Place the chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake uncovered for 35-45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a healthier variation, substitute mayonnaise for Greek yogurt. Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli to the dish.
