Description

Delightful cheesy chicken rolls wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for weeknight dinners or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough on a clean surface and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point, tucking in sides to secure the filling.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
