Description

A delicious and light Mediterranean dish featuring shrimp, garlic, and tangy feta cheese, perfect for busy weeknights or weekend dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or basil)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm as an appetizer or light dinner.
