Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir, then add Parmesan cheese and continue to stir until melted and smooth.
- Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat in sauce.
- Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
