Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
